EDUARDO PRADO

ATTORNEY

Mr. Prado is a trial attorney licensed in Texas and Colorado. His diverse academic and professional background make him a formidable adversary in the courtroom. 

 

Mr. Prado grew up on a cattle ranch in Grimes County, Texas, and is a graduate of Texas A&M University - where he obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance from the Mays Business School. After graduation, Mr. Prado joined the United States Army as an Infantry Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division - with which he deployed to Iraq in 2003. 

 

After completing numerous combat and security operations as a Rifleman with C-Co. 1/504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, Mr. Prado was wounded in action in Fallujah, Iraq. 

 

In connection with his military service, Mr. Prado earned numerous awards and distinctions. Mr. Prado was a qualified expert rifleman and grenadier, and obtained both a Combat Infantry Badge and an Expert Infantry Badge.

 

For his service, Mr. Prado was awarded the Purple Heart Medal, two Army Commendation Medals, the Iraq Campaign Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the Army Service Medal. 

 

Mr. Prado's work experience includes his roles as a former Bank Credit Officer and as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of an international aviation sales and service brokerage company. Mr. Prado's academic background also includes a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Banking and Financial Institutions from Sam Houston State University. 

 

Mr. Prado obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree (J.D.), and Certificate in Transactional Law Practice from the South Texas College of Law. After years of litigating high-exposure and complex civil cases representing some of the largest corporate clients in the world, he brings his experience to bear on every case at Prado Law. 

 

With his characteristic tenacity, hard work, and dedication, Mr. Prado is a tireless advocate for his clients and the consummate legal professional.  

 

His personal interests include reading, traveling, old motorcycles, cooking, horseback riding, fly-fishing, and exploring the San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado with his wife and two children. His favorite person is Jager - a German Shorthaired Pointer.

CLAUDIA PRADO CARROZ

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Venezuela Attorney
Paralegal

Claudia is a Venezuela attorney with experience in civil commercial litigation, international business transactions, real estate litigation, and constitutional law. She graduated from La Universidad del Zulia in 2010. 

 

Upon graduation, she commenced her legal career with the law firm of Vargas, Rincon, & Assoc. in Maracaibo, Vzla. 

 

In 2018 her real estate and international law practice took her to Argentina, where she represented foreign corporate clients in real estate, landlord tenant, and human resource matters.

 

In 2022 Claudia moved to the United States - fulfilling a lifelong dream to see what the Texas “fuzz” was all about. She joined the Prado Law firm in 2023, and nothing will ever be the same.

 

Her professionalism, attention to detail, and legal insight are the heartbeat of Prado Law.

 

Her personal interests include horseback riding, designing and crafting jewelry for her very own fashion line, traveling, and dancing (Claudia is an accomplished flamenco dancer). She loves horses, the beach, spending time with her two beautiful children and with her family, and poolside reading sessions in the sun.

TOMAS PRADO

MESSENGER

Tomas is the firm’s messenger. He is a meticulous planner and organizer. His support for the firm’s administration and staff is invaluable to the Prado Law team. 

 

More importantly, his attitude permeates Prado Law, and his presence and sense of “self” is inspiring, and makes the firm better in every way. 

 

He is passionate about social justice and helping the downtrodden and dispossessed - and is always looking for a good cause and to affect change.

 

He is a student at College Station High School, where he is studying German - continuing an effort he began during his first visit to Austria in 2022.  

 

Tomas has a penchant for geography, and loves to travel. He is a world-explorer in every sense of the word. His natural curiosity and adventurous spirit (together with his uncanny persuasiveness) have taken him to some remote corners of the world. World travel is in his DNA - he is a citizen of the world (Technically only the United States, Venezuela, and Italy). 

 

Tomas is a “foodie” whose personal interests also include cooking, exploring sandy beaches, and long walks in the morning with his German Shorthaired Pointer - Jager.

ILIANA PRADO

PARALEGAL

Iliana is a paralegal whose current focus is in Immigration Law. Her first-hand experience inspired her to help others navigate the complex world of U.S. Immigration regulation. 

 

Iliana holds a degree in Hotel and Tourism Management. She loves to travel and is a former flight attendant. After moving to the United States, she continued to pursue her passion for the real estate industry as a licensed Texas Realtor. 

 

Iliana’s vast professional experience includes real estate transactions, corporate law, construction disputes, property management, and international commerce and regulation. 

 

Iliana is a goal-oriented, pragmatic, and fearless legal professional for whom no task is too big or small. She takes personal ownership of every case she works on, and tackles every project with selfless devotion and vivacious energy. Her contagious “find a way or make a way” attitude always lights the road ahead.

 

Iliana is a proud Aggie Mom who loves spending time with her family - especially her Aggie daughter Andrea. She likes learning, long strolls with her dogs, music and dancing, and spending time exploring the great outdoors.
